DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The CRI is the core radiology resource for NCI multicenter clinical trials involving diagnostic or therapeutic radiology.  And, through active research committees in neuroradiology, cardiology, oncology, and pediatrics, the CRI has developed and delivered a diverse range of research studies in partnerships with academia and commercial sponsors.  Research studies range from prospective clinical trials to retrospective reader studies, novel imaging methods and imaging software, validation of biomarkers, radiomic feature analysis, and AI algorithm development and validation.

Based on these strategic objectives, ACR is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to provide support to the ACR study initiatives across the College.

As a member of the ACR team you will:  * Serve as project manager on programs and initiatives responsible for working with principal investigators, sponsors, collaborators, and internal resources to create, maintain, and communicate project plans in support of study goals and objectives. * Collaborate internally to create pipelines for accurate interpretation of imaging data. * Support acquisition and reconciliation of DICOM image data for multiple projects. * Coordinate and perform image preprocessing, segmentation, and annotation. * Issue queries to sites for incomplete or missing image data. * Perform response criteria assessments, such as RECIST (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors) and irRECIST (immune-related Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors). * Support authorship of imaging charters, protocols, SOPs, Project Specific Procedures, etc. * Ensure matrix team productivity, work quality, and adherence to timelines.  Handle multiple priorities and utilize resources effectively. * Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders. * Assures all work is in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and all documentation is handled appropriately.

Successful candidates will possess: * 7+ years of related experience in clinical research project management preferred. * Proficiency with image analysis software and tools (e.g., OsiriX, 3D Slicer, MiM). * Experience in preprocessing, and analyzing medical images, including CT, MRI, MAM, and PET scans. * Proficiency in image segmentation, registration, and annotation techniques. * Ability to perform and interpret response criteria assessments in oncology using imaging data. * Familiarity with reading and interpreting radiology reports, for integrating imaging findings into clinical research workflows. * Familiarity with DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) file formats, tags, metadata, and communication protocols. * Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred. * Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy essential. * Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is imperative. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities essential.

ACR's goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $76,000-101,300.
