Senior Fullstack Engineer / Java

A well-recognized and award-winning health insurance firm is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to their engineering department. This engineer will work with cutting-edge technologies, specifically working in a cloud-native environment. They are looking for this person to also be experienced with Java on the backend, and some frontend knowledge. This is a remote, six-month contract-to-hire.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be more involved with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools and technologies, as well as work within an enterprise product-line. You will be working with a large team so should feel comfortable in that type of environment as well. Great culture and will receive benefits while on contract.

Contract Duration:

• Six months (contract-to-hire)

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with AWS, specifically using Lambda or ECS

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools

• Senior-level experience with Java/Spring Boot

• Frontend development

• BS in Computer Science

• Excellent communication

Desired Skills & Experience

• Kubernetes

• Industry experience
