Reference #: 00061601601 Senior Analyst, AMS & Product Management Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Sr Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AMS for Apache Kafka TypeScript and Clojure along with a strong background in Products Management and Industry Essentials. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute significantly to our projects and help drive our company success. Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and maintenance of AMS for Apache Kafka to ensure seamless data streaming and processing. Provide technical expertise in TypeScript to develop and maintain robust applications. Utilize Clojure to enhance the functionality and performance of our software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product management strategies with industry standards. Conduct thorough analysis of product requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Monitor and optimize system performance to meet the evolving needs of the business. Provide support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to AMS for Apache Kafka. Lead the integration of new technologies and methodologies to improve product management processes. Ensure compliance with industry essentials and best practices in all technical implementations. Document technical procedures and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in AMS for Apache Kafka TypeScript and Clojure. Demonstrate expertise in product management and industry essentials. Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. Have a proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Be able to document technical procedures clearly and concisely. Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exhibit a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards. Strong proficiency in developing backend services and web applications using Clojure. Experience with front-end development using Typescript / ClojureScript. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and stream processing using Apache Kafka The annual salary for this position is between $55,578 - 125,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
