Reporting to the VP of Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis, you will, provide varied administrative support of a moderately complex nature for the Strategy, Risk, and Financial Risk Management (SRFM) Department.

Perform advanced, diversified, and confidential and administrative responsibilities requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of Bank policies procedures.

Provide administrative, analytical and planning assistance to the department officers and at times management to resolve routine and complex inquiries. Support and coordinates meetings and conferences both internally within the Bank and System wide where applicable to our department. Provide other administrative coverage where assigned. Perform ad hoc projects for the department officers as assigned.

What You Will Do:

Perform different administrative responsibilities to contribute to the SRFM division's efficiency, such as:

  • You will be the executive assistant to the three department officers.

  • Maintain calendars for executives, arranges and schedules meetings, coordinate meetings with other officers, helps organize materials for meetings attended by senior executives.

  • Prepare materials, including reports and spreadsheets, as assigned.

  • Support department training projects where needed, i.e. internal soft-skill and required annual trainings.

  • Support and coordinate the system annual PEP Program

  • Schedule executive conference facilities and arranges for appropriate materials and visual aids and provides administrative support for System meetings on request.

  • Work on ad hoc assignments, including spreadsheet analyses. Prepare and maintain reports requested by officer and direct when appropriate.

  • Organize files and retain documents following retention schedule.

  • Work cooperatively with department personnel on ad hoc assignments.

  • Maintain calendar of staff schedules (out of office); verify weekly time and attendance in Workday for all staff.

  • Maintain departmental supplies through department purchase card ensuring all transactions are verified and coded in Workday.

  • Help with travel arrangements.

  • Fulfill job responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practice

What You Have:

Other Requirements: Ability to work in a team environment where personal initiative and interest in expanding professional skills are valued. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and follow deadlines.

Physical Requirements: May require working at personal computer (PC) for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity required for filing and retrieving documents, boxes and materials.

Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in PC skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree in business preferred. A minimum of five years related experience required.
