Forfeiture Support Associates, LLC Seized Property Technician supporting the ATF in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

In this role, you will be supporting the overall mission of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). If you are looking for a meaningful, mission driven career, Join FSA! Responsibilities Provides general property custodial assistance to government authorities, to include receiving property, ordering appraisals, disposing of property, and maintaining and conducting inventories. Responsible for the storage of property and monitoring of the property in storage. Maintains all records, including financial records. Prepares and arranges auctions as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements High School Diploma or GED Three-years' experience in supply technician or inventory management duties, or three years' asset forfeiture experience (may include limited aspects of technical supply management and inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items) Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills; oral and written Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications and databases Strong attention to detail; meticulous data entry skills Proven commitment and competence to provide excellent customer service; positive and flexible Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation Agency Overview The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) mission is to enforce the federal laws and regulations relating to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives and arson by working directly and in cooperation with other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. ATF has the authority to seize and forfeit firearms, ammunition, explosives, alcohol, tobacco, currency, conveyances and certain real property involved in violation of law.
