If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board wants to talk to you!   DESCRIPTION OF WORK Responsibilities of the position of Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk will include assisting customers with product selection, helping to keep neat and well-stocked shelves, unloading and receiving shipments, and ringing customer sales. SCHEDULE DETAILS & MINIMUM AVAILABILITY This is permanent, part-time work.Applicants must be able to work the following in order to be considered for this position:

Applicants will need to be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Applicants must be able to work at least 4 shifts between Monday - Friday and 1 shift between Saturday - Sunday.

The shifts will be worked between these hours: Monday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Tuesday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Wednesday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Thursday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Friday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Saturday: 7:00am - 10:30pm Sunday: 10:00am - 7:30pm

Store 5146's business hours are 9:00am - 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday and 11:00am - 7:00pm on Sunday. Truck shipments are received three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; candidates will need to be available at 7:00am if the store is scheduled for a shipment. Looking to hire an applicant that is flexible and fully available to work 32 hours per week. Candidates will be scheduled for 5 days, which may consists of a rotating schedule (4 weekdays and 1 weekend, or 3 weekdays and Saturday + Sunday), based on operational needs.

Please be aware that shifts are subject to change based on operational needs. Selected applicants may be scheduled for shifts not outlined above.

Applicants interested in working additional shifts/hours above this minimum will be able to discuss their availability with the District Manager. There is the opportunity to work up to 32 hours per a week if interested in additional shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered for this position, applicants must be able to frequently lift cases of merchandise, per PLCB lifting standards, weighing from 30 to 50 pounds with an occasional case weighing up to 65 pounds. Applicants must also be able to frequently lift cases of merchandise - occasionally overhead - and placing them into the storage area, per PLCB lifting standards.
