Position Details:
-Contract Duration: 9-12 months
-Hourly Rate: $45.50 per hour
-Weekly Hours: 35+ hours per week, with weekly pay HYBRID schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote.)
-Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time)
-Reports To: Executive Management Team
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee initiatives that amplify the organization as a dynamic hub for learning, exploration, dialogue, and enjoyment, fostering a deep sense of belonging within the community. This role will contribute to shaping the organization’s impact by managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide specialized project support to Executive Leadership, assisting in high-priority initiatives.
-Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to develop comprehensive project plans, including clear timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
-Work closely with staff, trustees, consultants, and external partners to define and clarify project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring proper monitoring of expenses, tracking expenditures, reconciling invoices, and processing payments.
-Oversee the progress of multiple projects, identify potential risks, and make proactive adjustments to ensure timely delivery while engaging with multiple stakeholders.
-Keep stakeholders informed of project milestones, challenges, and successes, ensuring effective communication throughout.
-Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration, emphasizing high-quality communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
-Manage complex assignments requiring critical judgment, analytical thinking, and balancing stakeholder needs and expectations.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Arts Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience (Master's degree preferred).
-Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ideally within a cultural or educational setting.
-In-depth knowledge of operations, including multigenerational learning environments and project management best practices.
-Significant experience facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders, managing project scope, scale, and resources across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Strong proficiency in budgeting and financial management principles, with the ability to track and manage project costs.
-Exceptional organizational skills, with an acute attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
-Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring the security of files and documents.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet project demands.
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, using office equipment such as computers.
-Capable of performing administrative tasks in an office environment and navigating public and staff areas as required.

Pay Details: $45.50 per hour
