Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our Philadelphia team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our team, working on high-profile projects for top healthcare systems in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MEP projects for buildings, ensuring proficiency in electrical design and electrical studies such as due diligence and field testing.

  • Oversee projects ranging over and below 50,000 square feet.

  • Handle client management and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for project management tasks, though this role is not design-heavy.

  • Conduct change control and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

  • Coordinate with the electrical team and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 8+ years of experience as a project manager for MEP projects.

  • Proficiency in electrical design and electrical studies.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Strong client management skills.

  • Experience with MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.12/hr.
