Robert Half Project Administrator II (Contractor) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Project Manager for our team in the Internet Service Provider industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks, as well as actively supporting the project staff. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient operation

• Support project staff by facilitating logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, and conference calls

• Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings, performing basic follow-up tasks

• Assist in the development of presentations to communicate project updates and proposals

• Utilize a variety of planning processes and practices to accomplish goals

• Maintain vendor management activities to ensure project resources are available

• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals

• Familiarize with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure best practices are followed

• Perform a variety of tasks related to project management, ensuring all project requirements are met. Requirements • Proficiency in project management and planning processes.

• Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing logistics.

• Experience with developing and monitoring project budgets.

• Knowledge of best practices in project management.

• Ability to conduct and manage conference calls effectively.

• Experience in vendor management and negotiation.

• Ability to document and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly.

• Proficiency in using project scheduling tools and software.

• Ability to manage and organize conference rooms for meetings and presentations.

• A plus if candidate has experience in internet service provider industry.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

• Understanding and adherence to relevant procedures and practices within the industry.
