Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and supervision of EARN Workforce Advisors; schedule regular meetings of EARN Workforce Advisors to review performance, plan activities, and obtain input from staff. Conduct 90 day and annual performance evaluations for EARN Workforce Advisors. Ensure that all Workforce Advisors are entering data, case notes, and other information into CWDS. Track, review and verify EARN workforce development performance data and compare to contract goals to ensure success of the program. ClientTrack, Kronos, and other designated systems. Ensure that EARN customer files meet requirements. Participate in job planning meetings between Workforce Advisors and Job Developers and assist with development and follow up of individualized Job Finding Plans. Coordinate all job development activities with designated EDSI staff. Develop and implement corrective actions when services are not meeting contract goals or requirements. Complete reports and submit to EARN Team Lead, Careerlink Administrator, funding sources, and other stakeholders as required. Forecast potential problem areas and implement preventive measures to ensure that problems do not occur. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, in human services or related field; Master's Degree preferred. 5 + years of professional experience required in a supervisory position and in a related field. Strong management and supervisor skills.  Ability to use computers to track individual and program performance.  Knowledge of TANF regulations helpful.  Sound knowledge of Philadelphia community resources.  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects' auto insurance and be able to drive for business purposes, local regional travel is 10% to 20% of the job. *This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job. About Our Workforce Programs: Eckerd Connects provides Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services through contracts with the U.S. Department of Labor and local workforce boards, partnerships, and strategies to provide and create a career pathway for youth, adults, and dislocated workers.  Training services include occupational skills training, customized training, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, and transitional employment opportunities.  We provide youth with development, academic instruction, career & technical education, and access to the 14 WIOA Youth Elements. We establish and develop relationships and networks with large and small employers and their intermediaries as well as develop, convene, or implement industry or sector partnerships.
