Pediatric Neuroradiologist

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for positions in the Academic Clinician track (non-tenure) and Clinician Educator track (non-tenure) at the Assistant and Associate Professor rank. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree. The applicant must be American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified or eligible in diagnostic radiology and have completed a formal fellowship in Pediatric Neuroradiology or equivalent training or experience.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching radiology residents and pediatric neuroradiology, neuroradiology, and pediatric radiology fellows during image interpretation sessions and departmental conferences, also participating in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical subspecialists. Teaching of medical students will be limited to those rotating through the Department of Radiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition, the candidate will be expected to prepare learning materials and presentations for national and international meetings.

Clinical Responsibilities may include clinical coverage in the areas of Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and MEG (optional). The candidate will also be assigned to coverage on evenings, nights, and weekends.
