Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital. Responsibilities
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for timely, accurate processing and reconciliation of payroll checks. Effectively interacts with the Human Resources department, managers and staff regarding payroll issues. Input and retrieve payroll data from the computerized system. The Payroll Coordinator works with electronic time and attendance system to ensure accurate time keeping. Has the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
High School Diploma or Equivalent2. A minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll preferred3. 10 Key by touch, direct data entry experience preferred4. General accounting background preferred5. Hands-on experience with Excel or equivalent6. Experience with Lawson Timekeeping System preferred7. Knowledge of Wage and Hour Guidelines and Healthcare pay practices preferred
