salary: $28 - $28.95 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Processes both the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.

• Interprets and prepares payroll time and adjustment transactions and uploads/inputs data into the payroll system. Reconciles the payroll output for processing.

• Maintains payroll records and reports.

• Handles inquiries from employees/departments regarding paycheck problems using various payroll reports and on-line system inquiry functions.

What you will have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

• 5 Years experience in Payroll operations (Required)

• General Experience with Kronos

• Timekeeping System and/or PeopleSoft HCM. (Preferred)

• General Experience with an Online payroll system. (Preferred)
