Thomas Jefferson Univ Mechanic: I-Local 835 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Reference #: 9309725 Under the general direction of the HVAC lead installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains HVAC equipment and systems.
Experience: 5+ yearsrsquo; experience in industrial/institutional HVAC maintenance work required. Building automation controls, pneumatics and Hospital experience desired. Education amp; Training: High school or vocational school graduate. Trades apprenticeship completion desired. Controls training a plus. Other Requirements: Sense of responsibility, subject to alternating shift work. On-Call Ability to perform a variety of activities according to specific assignments. Maintains a professional appearance. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington ndash; Jefferson Healthrsquo;s auto insurance policy in order to operate an Abington ndash; Jefferson Health owned vehicle. Any and all major violations incurred must be immediately reported to the manager, department head, or Human Resources department. Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University.
