The Wistar Institute of Anatomy & Biology Lab - Nefedova - Research Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Wistar institute has an opening for a Research Assistant to join the laboratory of Dr. Yulia Nefedova to perform a wide variety of laboratory tasks and experiments. The Nefedova Laboratory focuses on the biology of multiple myeloma, a form of blood cancer, and identification of potential therapeutic targets in this disease.

A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (or equivalent) is required. Experience working in a laboratory is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with the handling of laboratory animals (mice), and one or more techniques including flow cytometry, cell culture, cell isolation, protein and RNA molecular skills or cellular immunology.
