We are currently recruiting for an exciting new Inside Sales Representative/Manager role with our local client, a growing paper annd packaging supplier. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and Track KPIs: Analyze historical data to develop key performance indicators and set sales benchmarks.

• Order Entry and Account Management: Manage order processing, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and identify growth opportunities within current client base.

• Business Development: Actively pursue new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Client Engagement: Conduct client visits, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.

• Collaborative Sales Strategy: Bring creativity to sales strategies and client interactions, tailoring approaches to fit customer needs and market trends.
