PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain and optimize our client’s advanced assembly and packaging equipment. What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor repairs, troubleshooting, and adjustments on automated equipment.

• Describe machine controls and their functions, and identify safety devices and emergency switches on all lines and equipment.

• Verify your understanding of all safety procedures and operate equipment where trained.

• Manage the start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures for machinery.

• Select proper tools for machine adjustments and ensure you have the required level of reading comprehension.

• Prepare lines for daily production, verify components, and interface with on-line computers.

• Perform minor changeovers and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.

• Provide guidance and leadership to line personnel, ensuring safe operations and adherence to procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required, keeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and safe.

• Exhibit flexibility to adapt to any position or role as needed in the company, including training others.

You Bring:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: 2 years of equivalent experience as a packaging maintenance mechanic, mechanical maintenance mechanic, or electrical maintenance mechanic.

Pay Details: $30.90 per hour
