Inbound Sales Representative -- No Cold Calling!
Fair Trade Outsourcing (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company with a mission to reduce global poverty through sustainable employment. We're expanding in Philadelphia and looking for motivated Inbound Sales Representatives trainees to join our team!

What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound insurance sales inquiries with top-notch customer service
- Assist clients with policy information and guide them through their options
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teammates
- Work on-site within an available schedule of Monday--Friday (7 AM--7 PM EST) & Saturdays (9 AM--3 PM EST)
What We're Looking For:
? Customer service or sales experience preferred ? Strong communication & problem-solving skills ? Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment ? High school diploma/GED required
