Reference #: 11800 A new opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join as a Junior HR Business Partner in either our New York or Philadelphia office supporting our Asset Management Group. Our Asset Management aligned team of human resources business partners are responsible for the delivery of an ambitious people agenda that is aligned with the broader commercial strategy.

In this role, you will be the business partner for the support groups (Risk, Legal, Finance) and provide support, alongside another business partner, to the Client Solutions Group, Enterprise, Real Assets and Global Solutions organizations. Leveraging data and insights you will support leaders in making data driven people, workforce and talent decisions. This is a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities in which you will build strong business relationships, to establish a high level of credibility, and leverage internal and external resources to deliver.

Salary range for this position: $120,000 - $150,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. A strong background as an HR professional working within a matrix organisation Demonstrable advisory skills, influencing stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement HR solutions and programs that support and drive superior business outcomes Experience delivering cyclical HR activities including performance, reward, talent management and succession planning Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels Ability to take a data led approach relating commercial and people insights to inform decision making.
