Clario is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our HR team in a hybrid role as an HR Project Manager & HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR support while also managing HR projects to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

HR Project Management: Lead HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget. Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and resources, and manage project execution accordingly. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Change Management: Support change initiatives by providing expertise in change management principles and practices. Partner with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on employees and develop strategies to minimize resistance and foster adoption. Communicate effectively with employees to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the change process.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide HR guidance and support to achieve business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design. Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives and promote a positive work culture. Proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

What we look for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and project management. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR projects from initiation to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with change management principles and practices is preferred.
