DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: GO! Graduate - Marketing & Digital Consumer Goods North America 

About the Role Essity Consumer Goods is looking for a recent graduate to join our Marketing rotational program.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia metro. This is a hybrid position.

What You Will Do * Product and Customer Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and customer base by collaborating with experienced managers in the Marketing field. * Execution of Marketing Activities: Implement specific Marketing initiatives outlined in the development plan, tailored to the relevant organizational unit within the Marketing organization. * Implementation and Optimization: Support rollout and optimization of digital initiatives. Assist in implementing websites and digital tools across product categories and countries. * Assignment Examples: Create global or local marketing plans and communication strategies. Analyze market dynamics and assess business performance. Learn to craft value-driven offers and enhance negotiation skills. Assist Marketing Managers in developing specialized tools and programs. * Project Contributions for E-Commerce/Digital: Contribute to projects related to E-Commerce activities (e.g., assortment, promotions, search, media, content). Extract and analyze data (sales, marketing, digital shelf, social media) to improve E-Commerce and Digital Marketing performance. Develop E Commerce activities aligned with brand campaigns for a comprehensive shopper experience.

Who You Are * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field. * Curious and agile individual ready to start a dynamic career at Essity. * Passion and interest in developing a career in Marketing and Digital. * Maximum of 24 months of work experience. Prior work experience is not mandatory; however, relevant internships may give you an edge. * Results-oriented and committed. * Eager to make a difference and courageous in acting on own ideas. * Values in harmony with our Beliefs and Behaviors.

Compensation and Benefits:   Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits 

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
