What Success Looks Like In This Role:

Provides Operations Management support across broad areas of the company. Serves as project manager for critical / complex initiatives. Researches and analyzes problems, develops plans, solutions models and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. Develops recommendations to streamline, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, improve workflows or improve the client experience outcomes of targeted processes. Conducts business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize specific process improvement and change targets. Recommends process changes and systems solutions that meet both near-term tactical and long-term strategic needs. Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and/or diverse technologies. Gathers and documents requirements for initiative design and associated project management. Provides leadership to cross-functional teams Engages with Operations colleagues, business owners and other stakeholders to craft and execute process improvement project plan Analyzes routine business issues using data from internal and external sources. Develops reports for leadership on the performance and characteristics of various aspects of the business.

You will be successful in this role if you have: What Skills & Experience are Required Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience Experience leading and driving collaboration of global teams Strong communication skills and client facing relationship building experience Prior experience leading improvement and implementation projects for cross functional teams Has experience leading IT Service Delivery teams with a focus on Service Desk Ability to work with team members, peers and external clients. Must be able to manage specific service level agreement (SLA) requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs). Familiarity with ServiceNow, Data Analytics tools, Microsoft office suite, etc.
