Description
We are in the search for a skilled FP& A Manager to become a part of our team. The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. As an FP& A Manager, you will be working in the industry, taking on responsibilities such as the development of process enhancements, collaboration with department heads for financial analysis needs, and handling budgets and forecasts for various departments. In this role you will also provide financial planning and analysis to support financial growth, provide insight to support strategic decision-making, partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, generate financial reports for management, create financial summaries, identify trends, risks and opportunities in financial performance, and support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. If you have a strong proficiency in financial modeling, excellent analytical and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight, this role may be perfect for you.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and fulfill financial analysis needs
• Develop and implement process improvements within the team's workflows
• Manage and report budgets and forecasts for individual departments
• Roll-out reforecasting cycles and processes as part of annual budgets and forecasts
• Generate ad-hoc management financial reports when needed
• Prepare management reporting packs promptly and clearly, providing insights and analysis
• Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
Requirements
The ideal FP& A Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or similar.
Other requirements for the FP& A Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 4+ years finance/budgeting/forecasting experience
· Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI is a must for this role.
· Experience with Accounting Software Systems
· Power BI experience highly preferred
· Experience with Annual Budget and Budget Processes is required
