Job Description

The Student Worker will work with the Aramark field finance team at Temple University to gain experience in financial analysis, reporting, invoicing, and budgeting within the food service industry. The individual will be responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, reporting, filing, etc. The Finance Intern will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. The individual must be a student at the Aramark location.

Job Responsibilities

? Assist unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, reporting, and filing

? Help in preperation of invoices related to food operations

? Assist with data entry and analysis

? Contribute to various special projects as assigned

? Ensure security of company assets

Qualifications

? Must be a current student at Temple University

? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

? Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel

? Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

? Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 25 lb

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
