ManpowerGroup Facilities Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various properties in and around Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
What's the Job?
Perform technical and mechanical functions to ensure maximum efficiency and service to the building and its tenants.
Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks.
Assist with the installation and alterations of building equipment systems.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.
Universal CFC Certification required.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and vendors.
