Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various properties in and around Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

What's the Job?

• Perform technical and mechanical functions to ensure maximum efficiency and service to the building and its tenants.

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks.

• Assist with the installation and alterations of building equipment systems.

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.

• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.

• At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.

• Universal CFC Certification required.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and vendors.
