Overview
As a Digital Strategy Director at RFH, you will be the go-to person for uncovering insights, and developing briefs, strategies, and frameworks designed to elevate our creative work and drive results for our clients. You will advocate for creating customer-centric and data-inspired best practice experiences for brands that will influence key moments and behaviors along a treatment journey.
Responsibilities
Uncovering business problems, in collaboration with the internal team and clients
Leading the digital and social strategy for the business, integrating initiatives across teams and customers
Conducting social and digital research to inform briefs and strategy plans
Developing inspiring creative briefs, strategic points of view, and uncovering unique creative opportunities for our teams and clients.
Partnering with creative teams to ensure the work is clear, effective, and on strategy
Managing social and digital media best practices, in partnership with internal agency and media teams
Creating journey-based content and tactical plans that inform how, where, and when brands connect with audiences
Analyzing how customers interact with content, devices, channels, and media to develop omnichannel experiences, customized by audience segments
Partnering with analytics team to uncover audience insights and develop measurement and optimization plans to ensure the effectiveness of the work
Qualifications
5+ years of digital, social or content strategy experience
A strong writer, presenter and communicator
On the pulse of consumer, media, healthcare and cultural trends
Knowledgeable about all channels and technologies
A builder of ecosystems and user pathways
A collaborator, who is comfortable working with the larger strategy team to develop the briefs and guide the creative process
Passionate about brands and advertising
Digitally savvy, experienced with media-centric tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google Trends, Google Analytics, SEMrush, listening platforms, META creative hub, LinkedIn Ad Platform,

Compensation Range: $105,165 - $151,095 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
