We are offering an ongoing contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This role is vital within our organization and is primarily focused on managing and reviewing contracts for the purchase of goods and services. As a Contracts Manager, you will also be dealing with service agreements and should have a general comfort level with contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review contracts for the purchase of goods and services

• Handle service agreements, ensuring they are accurate and meet the needs of the organization

• Utilize various software tools such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Avaya CMS, and Banner Ads to manage contracts

• Perform auditing tasks to ensure contract compliance

• Oversee amendments and contract renewals to ensure they align with the organization's goals

• Conduct billing functions and claim administration as part of contract management

• Participate in clinical trial operations when necessary

• Utilize your background in higher education to enhance contract management processes

• Redline contracts as needed to ensure their accuracy and appropriateness

• Utilize business systems to track and manage contracts.

Requirements • Proficiency in 3M software

• Extensive experience with Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Avaya CMS

• Ability to design and manage Banner Ads

• Understanding of Business Systems

• Experience in making Amendments in contracts

• Knowledge of Auditing practices

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Clinical Trial Operations

• Experience in drafting and managing Service Agreements

• Proficiency in handling Contract Renewals

• Experience in Redlining documents
