Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases, testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols. • 80% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Performing system administration analysis, configuring and customizing tasks to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall functionality as an integrated system; • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Confluence, Microsoft (MS) Visio, and (MS) Power BI; • Synchronizing functional testing and test artifacts across all the phases of testing, utilizing UiPath Test Manager, Jira, and GitHub; • Developing automation test scripts using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for end-to-end validation of the user interfaces of multiple Citrix and Real-Time data applications; • Testing sub-components of larger application systems and integrating the applications with each other, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, leveraging Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins for CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery) platforms; • Tracking system defects using Azure DevOps Server, Jira, and ServiceNow, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details; and • Writing MS SQL Server and MySQL queries of moderate to high complexity.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
