Work You'll Do Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following: • Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, in areas of Material Management (MM) and S/4HANA Procurement; • Working across phases of planning, implementation, operations, upgrades, and continuous improvement of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP's solutions portfolio, in areas of Material Management (MM) and S/4HANA Procurement; • Defining technical architecture and landscape for redesigning core business processes and integrating new business solutions or technical components into operation; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams utilizing Microsoft Office applications; • Utilizing tools such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Office applications to support and perform Integration, and volume tests to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; • Coordinating de-escalation activities and performing root cause analysis of system landscape and technical issues in key client engagements by providing SAP applications expertise, increasing the value clients get out of their SAP Solution with reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO); • Delivering technical and functional services for enterprise-level clients including Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration & Validation, Empowering trainings, workshops and Engineering Services.
