Work You'll Do Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions for information technology projects. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies in connection to information technology projects to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Working across phases of the SAP Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Blue Printing, development, implementation, testing, go-live, and support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Agile methodology; • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP, SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), using Waterfall and Agile methodologies in the client's landscape; • Participating in large-scale SAP, SRM, and OpenText VIM implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office; • Coordinating project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing MS Office; • Driving quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including implementation of SAP, SRM, SAP Ariba, and OpenText VIM, utilizing HP Quality Center (QC) Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); • Utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and HPQC ALM to support and perform Unit, Integration, Regression, and Negative Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and • Performing SAP Material Management (MM), Master Data Governance (MDG), Ariba, OpenText VIM, and SRM production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HPQC ALM, SolMan, and ServiceNow.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
