Summary
The Client Manager plays an integral role in building strong and long-lasting client relationships, benefiting the organization’s overall corporate goals and objectives of exceptional service, value and annual revenue growth.
This position will support our Retail division. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project support for Account Executive/Director, Program Director and Project Managers, including but not limited to:
Order tracking, organization of replacement parts, and support of maintenance & warranty projects
Store order quality control inspections and documentation
Support follow up and tracking of client deliverables, from store tracking to accounting
Assist with take offs, fixture quotes and order processing
Maintenance of internal and external records, including contact information, communication history, meeting minutes, design & shop drawings
Creation and management of important documents, such as: new vendor paperwork, maintenance & installation manuals, inventory reports, client status documents, task lists, project document logs, shipment manifests and material transfer documents
Invoice and PO processing using clients web based PO and invoicing systems
Coordination of internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements and catering
Industry research of new vendors, manufacturing services, supplies, and materials
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Project Leader in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Sense of urgency in handling client-related issues. This requires responding to email / telephone inquiries from external / internal customers within 24 hours
Excellent professional communication skills
Superior attention to detail and organization skills
Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
