Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

Our client is looking for a civil engineer to replace lead service lines with copper ones. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and a background in construction and civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Replace lead service lines with copper ones.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners daily.

• Canvass and survey the area for potential inspection sites.

• Conduct plumbing inspections outside homes using a mobile app.

• Perform site development, excavation, and environmental assessments.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 10 certification

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering

• Construction experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in surveying

• Environmental experience

• Site development experience

• Excavation experience

Work Environment

The role involves canvassing and surveying areas, going door to door, and asking homeowners for permission to conduct plumbing inspections outside their homes. You will use a mobile app on a tablet to guide your communication with homeowners.
