Job Title: Building Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and boiler operations. The Building Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Handle plumbing repairs and installations as needed.

  • Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshoot issues.

  • Operate and maintain boiler systems.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs.

  • Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.

Work Environment

This role operates on the 1st shift, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The Building Engineer will work across campus, all within walking distance. You will have access to advanced technologies and equipment to perform your duties efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00
