Bilingual Office Technician Salary: $33,280.00 ($16.00/HR)

Bilingual Office Technician Shift: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM to 4:30PM (with a 30min unpaid break) with observed holidays off per COMHAR policy: 1 Opening

We are currently looking for one full-time Bilingual Office Technician who be able to multitask (e.g. perform several tasks simultaneously) and be able to work independently as well as on a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and direct fax to appropriate employee Monitor COMHAR general mailbox Monitor and maintain Kitchen ready for self-service Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate employee Receive and record messages accurately Maintain reasonable hold time Properly direct all call, queries and visitors Maintain all necessary forms on stock Promptly make sure all mail has postage and is ready to be mailed Perform daily mail distribution and make sure it goes to the proper staff Responsible for deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, notify the person ASAP Inform any emergencies, problems, or questions Assist with typing, copying when required Coordination of schedules for all conference rooms Maintain front desk files and/or records Troubleshoot and maintain operation of standard office equipment NEVER LEAVE FRONT DESK UNATTENDED WORK AS TEAM Key Competencies: Professional verbal and written communication skills required to satisfactorily complete assigned duties Attention to detail Able to competently utilize Microsoft Office Suite, email, EHR, and technology used in the course of job duties Professional demeanor Responsible and dependable Able to work independently with minimal direction Integrity and trustworthiness Strong commitment to providing quality services to members Exercises sound judgment in carrying out daily activities and managing any issues which arise Work Environment:

The position will maintain an office in the Administrative building. The noise level in the work environment is generally low to moderate.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear others and accurately interpret speech and sounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; climb and descend stairs. Required to use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry objects. Required to sit; stand, maintain balance; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception & ability to adjust optical focus for reading, driving, general observation and for all safety needs.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years secretarial and/or clerical experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Ability to pass clerical test (55+ wpm preferred). Must be proficient in Microsoft Offic programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...) and able to effectively use electronic health records Professional demeanor and attire suitable for clinical and office setting Adhere to confidentiality policy and HIPAA guidelines Maintain complete personnel file including certification of requisite clearances (FBI, child abuse, etc) and participation in required trainings, as assigned (ex: mandated reporter)
