Overview
Verilogue seeks a dynamic, strategic individual for a research leadership role within the Insights team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative thinking, the ability to understand client business needs and propose research-based solutions to address those needs. Associate Directors will be expected to ensure excellent delivery on a project-by-project basis and also work to grow Verilogue's business by cultivating client relationships while helping innovate.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Research
Lead direct report researchers
Engage and inspire junior team members
Provide mentoring and coaching to career goals/objectives and providing feedback on performance
Work to provide a supportive, productive environment for all Verilogue team members
Conduct research on dialogue data sets as part of project teams
Innovation
Use professional experience and expertise to identify strategic client needs
Contribute to the development of new products, services and solutions
Bring a unique perspective to help the Verilogue team evolve our offerings and our business
Project Management
Independently manage a portfolio of projects and client engagements
Manage team resources to ensure successful project delivery and team satisfaction
Proactively identify potential project issues and manage them autonomously
Customer Focus & Business Development
Advocate for clients and ensure their needs are being met
Build strong relationships with clients at key accounts
Support business development efforts to grow our business
Collaboration
Work with other groups throughout Verilogue in a positive way to accomplish our client and internal goals
Foster relationships with other PH team members and agencies to grow our business
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Preferred
4-5 years applied research experience
Individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical industry, applied social science, sociolinguistics, qualitative market research, or AI / prompt engineering preferred
Demonstrated successful experience in managing teams and client engagements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and strong business acumen
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service
Ability to successfully work in matrixed environment
Excellent persuasion and presentation skills and ability to create impactful communications in Word and presentations in PowerPoint
Solid organizational and planning/prioritizing skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and focus on high priority opportunities

Additional information
Compensation Range: $105,165 - $151,095 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
