Accenture Adobe Journey Optimizer Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Manager will lead the implementation and optimization of complex AJO campaigns and workflows for our clients. This role requires advanced technical expertise in AJO and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Candidate should be familiar with AJO's integration with Adobe Experience Platform for unified customer profiles and audience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated AJO campaigns and customer journeys

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AJO team

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions

  • Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and AI-driven insights

  • Ensure best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience with with marketing automation platforms

  • 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer

  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform and other Adobe Experience Cloud products

  • 3+ years of team management experience, leading a team of at least 3 direct reports

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 3 years focused on customer journey orchestration

  • Demonstrated ability to manage at least 1 large-scale Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in agile development cycles.

  • Advanced knowledge of AJO APIs, data models, and integration capabilities

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL

  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and integrationsProven track record of leading successful AJO implementationsAbility to synthesize client requirements and design proof of concepts.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including task prioritization and risk mitigation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
