Reference #: 9309046 Support Practice Management leadership. Manage and control complex schedules. Prepare for and anticipate daily calendar requirements. Manage daily paper flow, such as mail, faxes, etc. Manage supply ordering. Create and edit professional correspondence such as emails, memos and letters. Coordinate and oversee the float staff, to include schedules and payroll ensuring that expenses are charged to the appropriate unit. Complete payroll for Practice Management. Create and maintain files as needed. Maintain and update calendar that tracks Practice Management staff out of the office events and coverage. Maintain the appearance of the Practice Management suite. Manage conference room schedule. Process all applicable invoices and Purchase order requests. Exhibit great customer service skills and professional appearance. Complies with hospital and network policies regarding confidentiality. Comply with the organizational Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. HS Diploma required. Associates Degress and/or 5 years experience providing executive or administrative support. Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills required. Accounting or book keeping experience is preferred. Detail orientation and organizational skills are a must.
