Job Summary:

Assists Engineers in carrying out production-related and inspection jobs; assists in monitor materials quality in processing plants and making the required adjustments; maintains and supports documentation and records. Works under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Conducts simple tests (for example on electrical function, reliability, packaging quality). Records results and prepares simple technical reports. Provides product and component testing using a range of measurement equipment. Assists customers in understanding/interpreting product specifications and application of measurement data. Participates in measurement uncertainty studies for measurements associated with measurement or calibration results. Ensures proper maintenance and calibration of the measurement and test equipment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Good in soft skills and able to work on excel , Power BI etc..

2.Good in listening, good in learning the new things and fixable to work in any areas .

3.Good in analysis and resolving the issues with problem solving tools Maintaining Daily NC of line

4.Maintaining timely IATF documentation

5.Ensuring CQMS process followed for issues faced and CAPA from respective CFT

6.Driving FIFI, Kaizens for Quality team members

7.Driving proactive Quality improvements

8.Should also perform safe launch inspection

9.Basic awareness about quality processes like Control plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Daily audits etc

10.Should stand on to line and perform 100% visual inspection of parts

Required specific to Quality background having work experience Min 2 -3 Years and aware about inspection equipment, welding knowledge.
