RiverMead Renovations Aide in Peterborough, New Hampshire
RiverMead is seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Renovations Aide to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the living environment for our residents.**
As a member of the Renovations team, your responsibilities will include preparing apartments and cottages for new occupants. You will assist with the demolition of existing living spaces, painting, basic repairs to mechanical systems, minor repairs and installation of household appliances, light carpentry, and plumbing work. This position allows you to contribute to updates that keep RiverMead's appearance attractive and relevant.

Job Description:
Assist Renovations Tech I and Tech II with general demolition and remodeling projects.
Help with light carpentry, wall repair, painting, and plumbing.
Perform minor plumbing updates, such as replacing toilets, faucets, and showerheads.
Prepare kitchen and bathroom spaces for outside vendors, who will update cabinetry and appliances.
Update and install residential washers and dryers.
Update fireplaces, including preparing open fireplaces for gas conversion.
Use equipment and supplies responsibly to prevent breakage or injury.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in general repairs and maintenance is preferred.
Valid state driver's license and a satisfactory driving record as determined by RiverMead.
Experience in household updates and minor repairs.
Familiarity with residential painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
