1. Project management for NPI/NTI: Supplier Development Engineer to ensure supplier deliver good quality product & process and in time to meet Onsemi time to market requirement.

2. Quality improvement initiative for release products: Drive initiative in poor performing supplier to meet Onsemi quality expectation.

3. Technical support & alignment with manufacturing site: Work closely with site to co-develop quality synergy.

4. Perform Audit especially for new supplier.

5. Perform & coordinate Backend supplier quality risk management and drive improvement plan
