The Supply Chain Planner, is responsible for managing the flow of finished goods materials to and from one of Pall’s largest business partners, which acts as both a customer and a vendor. From a demand perspective, the Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for forecasting, placing demand and coordinating with the vendor to ensure on time delivery to customers. From a supply perspective, the Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for liaising with Pall manufacturing plants to ensure customer demand and production plans are aligned to the customers’ requirements, giving updates on supply status, estimated delivery dates and resolving issues with supply.

This position is part of the Demand Planning team and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain supply chain plans to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, sales and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years’ experience working within a Global Supply Chain environment.

• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.

• Proven project management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and communicate/present data effectively to the business.
