About the Role:

This role will report to the finance lead and collaborate with operation team to complete client and company reports, as well as the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all transactions.

Additionally, this position will support the finance lead in driving year-on-year account revenue and COP growth, while also meeting MAS financial reporting requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare monthly financial report for client review meeting.

  • Support the operation team for Annual Client budget.

  • Year End Cost reconciliation

  • Baseline Track report

  • Saving and gain share track report

  • Change control request report

  • Management fee reconciliation

  • Support finance lead complete the company forecast and annual budget.

  • Support finance lead prepare the monthly P&L report for respective cluster and review with account manager & regional team.

  • Monthly Revenue recognition Process

  • Prepare the revenue recognition report and review it with manager and submit journal for posting

  • Prepare the flash report and update before the journal posting cut-off Date

  • iScala Project Master File (PMF) maintenance. Ensure system mapping and interface work well.

  • Monthly Report update the PMF.

  • Submit the request for new / change the PMF

  • Communicate and address any issue with SSC

About You:

  • Experience in Finance/Accounting with min. 2-3 years of accounting experience.

  • Sound technical expertise in internal management reporting, variance analysis and month end accounting.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for managing various stakeholders across Asia Pacific.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience in other in a variety of accounting software.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Be able to impact and influence colleagues and client.

  • Demonstrable ability to work with and influence finance and non-finance colleagues.

  • Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals.

  • Ability to multitask and work to key deadlines.

  • Good Excel data manipulation skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

  • Good working knowledge of Coupa and iScala is advantageous.

  • Experience of working in a matrix reporting structure and influencing culture

  • Demonstration of actively driving process improvement and implementing changes
