Then come in and join Malaysia team as Logistic Administrator – Invitro (Contract role).

Your tasks and responsibilities :

  • You are responsible for part order confirmation hard copy checking.

  • You are responsible for item maintenance for ZP & Siemens, EDI to ZP.

  • You are responsible for following up on customs clearance from DHL.

  • You are responsible for monitoring GR & IR.

  • You are responsible for monitoring transfer posting.

  • You are responsible for delivery Note for sales order.

  • You will closely work with ZP personal on the incoming, return, delivery of parts.

  • You are responsible for manual consumption/write off for CRM cost centre.

  • You are responsible for MRP Monitoring & Replenishment (Currently for Attelica).

  • You will monitor inventory.

  • You will be responsible for custom clearance report & ZP warehouse charges.

  • You will be responsible for monthly reports on the overview.

  • You will be responsible for product hold monitoring and management.

Your qualifications and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

· At least 1 year experience with logistic administrative work.

  • You are proficient in both written and spoken Malay & English.

This role is a country role with travelling of around 70-75% which may include weekends. Applicants are to be qualified radiographers well versed in the mentioned modality (Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)) with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a hospital. Experienced in Siemens Models is an added advantage.

Your mission is to increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, including turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience. Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Education and Expand offerings.

Clinical Education Specialist (CES) are responsible for the application education and support for one Business Unit; Responsible for standard systems and applications. Delivery of Application Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

• On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.

• Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.

• Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting.

• Support of PLM/CRM process, incl. field insight into customer needs, issues and known application errors as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.

• Sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies.

• On-site option sales, esp. lead generation.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging.

• You must be a qualified radiographer well versed in the MRI modality with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a hospital.

Your personality and skills:

• You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills.

• You are a team player with the ability to work independently.

• You are proficient in both written and spoken Malay & English.

• IT knowledge or experience is preferred. Excel and PowerPoint skills is an added advantage.
