About the Role:

This role will report to the finance lead and collaborate with operation team to execute the company's month-end closing process, ensuring precision and compliance of all financial transactions.

Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring AR, AP, and balance sheet status to maintain TWC in good standing and ensure accurate presentation of account assets and liabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monthly Billing Process

  • Prepare the Billing Request Form and submit it

  • Maintain a billing check by PO

  • Send the invoice to Client if any

  • Training for on-Site team for additional work request form.

  • Monthly Accrual Process

  • Manage the accrual process and communicate with on-site team

  • Submit the accrual trough JIRA and ensure correct posting.

  • Training for on-Site team

  • Intercompany Cross Charge Process

  • Revenue allocation cross countries

  • Central management Team cost allocation cross APAC

  • Hub Lead cost allocation cross countries

  • Transaction Jornual Preparation and process

  • orepare the journal template

  • Submit the ticket via JIRA tool and complete the approval process

  • Finance Calendar management

  • Send the calendar every month

  • Report the Work Completion Status

  • Balance sheet report preparing.

  • Down report for Power BI report

  • Add comment for net balance and movement.

  • Non-Controllable Cost Tracking Process

  • Non-Controllable routine cost track

  • Non-Controllable Variable one-off work tracking list

  • Client PO Tracking Process

  • Update PO Tracking list

  • Forward the PO copy to Site for document

  • Vendor PO report tracking

  • Download the Vendor PO report and review it

  • Send aged PO and wrong PO to requestor for quire and correction

  • Accrual Tool

  • Review and check the tools can reflect right data.

  • Communicate and address any issue with IT

  • JIRA tool for Journal posting

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
