Oracle Cloud Native Pre- Sales Manager in PETACH TIKVA, Israel

Job Description

The Cloud Native Pre- Sales Manager will have a unique perspective based on technology trends and business drivers with Israel market. This leader will contribute to key business decisions and customer engagement strategies and initiatives. This leader will be a vital contributor to our overall Cloud Native Pre- Sales team. S/he must develop a comprehensive strategy and drive results.

What you will do:

  • Directly manage a team of Pre- Sales Cloud Engineers.

  • Engaging with Key Industry customers to provide unique domain expertise, co-design products and solutions.

  • Help Customers transform and evolve their business using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Define product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) model, helping bring the industry value proposition to life for customers.

  • Use domain expertise and analyze industry trends to inform product roadmaps, create GTM design and coordinate as needed for emerging products.

  • Mastery of Oracle Cloud products and plans.

  • Successfully engaged with some of the largest and most strategic accounts and landed a number of meaningful and sizeable wins.

  • Demonstrated technical credibility within Oracle and with Oracle customers.

  • Drive a team of professional technical Presales to win cloud deals.

Responsibilities

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of managerial experience leading and directing Cloud Native, DevOps and technical teams.

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant. Advanced degree is an advantage.

  • An experienced and credible technical expert with a recognized deep cloud technical skillset including Hands on knowledge in cutting edge cloud technologies services and open- source solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the Israel market and industry; deep experience in the industry from a technologist point of view, deep understanding of the technology evaluation and buying cycle and the forces at play, the specific value chain of the industry with the latest trends and how technology plays into those.

  • A dynamic technically astute manager who understands what it takes to develop a pipeline around cloud products and promote cloud consumption.

  • A proven and enthusiastic, high-energy, motivating leader who is visibly passionate and is capable of inspiring and galvanizing an organization.

  • A balance of strategic and tactical skills, with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought.

  • An exceptional communicator who can write, present and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.

  • Experience in the ability to manage a team during transformational change.

  • A proven ability to navigate and effectively collaborate with other departments and resources in large complex environments.
