Peru Central School Part Time Registered Nurse in Peru, New York
The District expects to appoint an individual to the following position for the 2023 - 2024 school year: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Anticipated Assignment: -PK-12, Districtwide Responsibilities May Include: -Work with students with special needs -Oversee school health policies and programs -Provide expertise and oversight for the provision of school health services and promotion of health education -Use clinical knowledge and judgment to provide health care -Perform health screenings and coordinates referrals to the medical home or private healthcare provider -Serve as a liaison between school personnel, family, community and healthcare providers to advocate for health care and a healthy school environment -Administer medications and services as per doctor's prescription - Assist students and staff with basic hygiene, feeding, and toileting of students -Other duties per contract Compensation: -$52,278.00 - $99,352.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience Individuals interested in this posting must hold appropriate licenses/certifications.
