Stantec are seeking talented Graduates to join our Structural Engineering Graduate Program in our Buildings team in Perth.

What does a Structural Engineer in Buildings do?

• Developing computational models to analyse and assess structural behaviour of new and existing structures

• The design of structures across numerous material types such as Concrete, Steel and Timber

• The production of calculations, specifications, and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide appropriate solutions

• Contribution to structural design requirements from Concept through to Construction phases of project delivery

• Support specific projects by assisting with document co-ordination and report writing

• Site investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects

• Contribute to a multidisciplinary design approach, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Including: Other Engineers, Clients, Architects and Contractors

Qualifications

About You

• You will be in your final year of a undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural engineering.

• Passion for learning and problem-solving

• Eligible to work in Australia

• Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post graduation
