Are you up for this?

• Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities,using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach to showcase staying at Aloft different, by design.

• Handle and follow up with event enquiries, demonstrating your open thinking and expression to anticipate our guest needs

• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements

• Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by enhancing their experiences and moving at the pace of our guests

• Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion – showcasing your sassy and savvy personality

• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking

• Act as an Aloft ambassador and promote awareness for the distinctive hotel

• Facilitate the design and creation of printed material, payment posting and other general administration support
