Requirements 6+ months of previous lead/supervisor experience with a team of people in a production environment. The ability to lead a team to meet production goals. Shift Details 3rd Shift | Start Time (5 PM - 9 PM) - (4 AM - 6 AM) Must be flexible to work various hours Monday - Saturday (Working 5 days within this range + Sundays off) Pay | $20 per hour Warehouse Production Lead Duties Be responsible for the overall performance of your assigned work group. This role requires strong staff leadership skills and good technical/automation skills to work with the company's operating systems. You will monitor work progress and direct line staff in their activities to ensure the daily production goal is met in a timely manner while also maintaining overall quality.
