Job Title: Kitting Specialist (MUST HAVE KITTING EXPERIENCE)

Job Description

• Perform kitting operations for a machine shop

• Assemble kits for customer shipments

• Receive and manage bill of material (nuts, bolts, hardware, machined parts, etc.)

• Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, etc.)

• Operate forklift and overhead crane

• Work with ERP/computer systems

• Respirator fit testing may be required; parts painting (priming) may be part of the job

Hard Skills

• Forklift operation

• Overhead crane operation

• ERP/computer system proficiency (SAP type products, MS Word)

• Data entry

• Inventory control

Work Environment

Custom machine shop environment

• Mid-size company

• First shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Open to Saturday work if needed; flexible start times available (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start)

• Compensation: $18-$24/hour, dependent on experience
